Takashi Hayata

Born in Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Graduated from Yamaguchi Prefectural Toyoura High School.
Graduated from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, the University of Tokyo. Passed the second stage of Japan’s Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam while in university.
After working at a major auditing firm, joined Japan’s largest securities company, where he specialized in investment banking. His expertise spans accounting, taxation, IPOs, M&A, business strategy, succession planning, and fundraising—making him a former all-around specialist in corporate finance.

Deeply passionate about renewable energy and energy efficiency, he began tinkering as a hobby—building his own small-scale solar power systems and solar water heaters—eventually leading him to found a company dedicated to promoting eco-friendly products like solar lanterns worldwide.

He has since pivoted his focus to developing AI-powered business support applications for small enterprises around the globe.

He also provides comprehensive business growth support, drawing on multidisciplinary expertise in accounting, AI, programming, government subsidies, and M&A.

Conceptualized, produced, and modeled for the best-selling book “The Stretch That Gives You the Greatest Flexibility of Your Life” (published by Kanki Publishing), which has sold over 150,000 copies.
